I didn't mention it in the post last night because I didn't know how bad it was going to be before I posted, but our crawling upload speed makes putting up pictures a real drag. It eats up all our bandwidth while I'm doing it so no one can use the Internet. Last night it took me around two hours (maybe a tad more) to upload thirty pictures. Needless to say, I've decided not to do anything close to that many until the issue is fixed.
That's really too bad for several reasons. First, when all I'm doing is working, as I was today, there's not all that much that's interesting to tell. Secondly, when we go do something special, like we will be tomorrow when we spend the day with the Scotts Head congregation, there will be plenty of pictures taken, but I won't be able to upload them.
Still, it's not all that bad. I plan to take a bunch of pictures tomorrow and probably Monday. Lord willing they'll have our Internet fixed up Tuesday. After that I'll be able to upload all the photos I took and we'll have a nice long post. That's not today, however. Today I've been up and working since 6AM and I'm good and tired.
So, for the moment that's all I've got for you. Once again, goodnight from Dominica!
Poor little Isaac what is the matter sweety. Granny will fix it in 55 days. By the way that is looking good Abby. Where ws Caleb not in any of the pictures tody??? Well good night and see you all as soon as you can anyway.
ReplyDeleteIsaac was in a mood off and on yesterday. At that point he was angry because he was stuck up on the counter. I got him down right after I took the picture.
DeleteWe're counting down the days as well. We're ready for the visit from Mom & Dad E. and ready to head home after that.
That's what I thought----Isaac is so unhappy and Titus looked very happy. I guess you drew that on the computer, Abigail----great job! I loved the pic of the yellow flower too.
ReplyDeleteI just hope you all have a wonderful, awesome day tomorrow at Scotts Head fellow-shipping with everyone and that ya'll get to stay at the beach as long as you want. I don't mind waiting till Tues. for the pics.
We have router problems here and daddy has us both directly hooked into something that I think IS a router----one he found that will work. I'm not using my wi-fi at the moment. I don't like being "tethered" since I had gotten used to my laptop.
Well, even if you don't have many (or any pics) from tomorrow, please let us know how the day went. I'm just praying for y'all to have a wonderful day!

Once our Internet is fixed I should be able to connect to your computer and see if I can figure out what's wrong with your router. Also, of course, I'll be able to upload more pictures :)
