Today has been a good day for Worlds of Magic. It's been very slow from a Kickstarter point of view, but very good from a Greenlight point of view. So, all told the average is “good”, lol. The last time I checked we were up to #75 out of the almost 1,450 games on greenlight although we haven't passed the $22K mark by much.
Last night we washed the kittens because they were COVERED in fleas. Here are some pics of that :)
Thank the Lord we were mentioned by a big (perhaps the biggest) game news site in Poland. The article recommended the game and suggested that people vote for us on Steam. Well, they did. A lot of them did. The news also echoed a bit and at least one other site picked it up and talked about WoM. Lord willing we'll get our US press releases picked up later this week or early next week. It amazing what kind of effect that can have. Even with less that two weeks to go we could easily hit that $50K mark I've been talking about.
Other than my regular work I've played a little SWTOR today. Once I get an office I have to get more time to play games. I know that seems like an odd thing to say, but it's true in my case. Gaming experience in a big deal in my chosen profession, lol.
Other than work we haven't done a lot today. We're still recovering from those nights of insanity. Thank God everyone seems mostly recovered now. I slept for about ten hours last night. It was almost as if I were in a coma, lol. I'm still dragging a bit though so I'm going to call it here. I may have more to post tomorrow :)
