Yep, there's a time to every purpose under heaven. There's even a time to skip blogging to try and get a little rest. Yesterday was a day like that. Saturday we had the party, that night Isaac got up I don't know when, but kept getting us up until around 8AM. My shift started at 5AM or so. He kept getting me up every 10 to 25 minutes for one reason or another. At around 6:30AM I gave up and got out of bed. Between sick and exhausted we didn't make it to Church (which was obviously a bummer). Then I ended up working all day yesterday between the game and the washing machine (which I still haven't managed to fix). This morning Isaac woke me up at 2:30AM when he crawled into bed with us to go to sleep. Being sick has just made his schedule crazy. He keeps getting up to go to the bathroom, lol.
I'm just going to throw some pictures in here. :)
Either way, when I got up I had of load of work to do. Being able to work in the uninterrupted quiet of the wee morning hours helped me to get a lot done fast. I did a number of “briefings” for the changes we're making to the demo. I also wrote a short text ad for some banners Les is having made up. On top of that I had some work to do on the forums. Still, I think I was done around 8AM this morning. Since then I've been playing SWTOR and answering e-mails as they came in. Things are still going well with the KS (although we're in the mid-campaign slump) and we're climbing the ranks of Steam Greenlight. Last time I checked we were #88 out of over 1,400 games in the program. The KS has now raised over $22K. I thank the Lord for that :)
Anyways, I'm tired and I plan to go watch Mystery Science Theater for a few hours. I need to rest up before it's time to go to bed, lol. So, goodnight from South Carolina!
