Nearing The Weekend

I'm certainly ready to get to the weekend. I think I'm mainly going to be able to take this one off. I'll still have to take care of my e-mail work and what have you, but that probably won't amount to all that much. Today has been an odd one. It basically vanished right before my eyes. The big thing was the interview I needed to do this morning at 10AM with DJ Grandpa. I got my morning e-mail out of the way and started prepping up a forums post and today's update and then had to pack up and head to Mom and Dad Y's. I didn't like the idea of trying to do a Skype interview in a house with 8 children (including Alec). So I loaded up my computer and headed over to their house.


The interview was over before 11AM, but then I made a couple of phone calls. I got home a little before Noon and then had to actually post some of that stuff on the forums as well as the update. Things have picked up today. Rock, Paper, Shotgun did another post about us (it was very flattering and we're very thankful). As a result the backing has picked up a bit as well. We've passed the $13K mark and are moving on toward our next stretch goal. We're hoping and praying that the news post on RPS is going to echo around the Internet, especially as we have a playable demo for people to tinker with.


I didn't get a chance to submit my manuscript today. It was just a bit too full. In fact, I'm tired and Abigail and I are suppose to watch some TV. I'll try to get more pictures for you tomorrow. For now, goodnight from South Carolina!
