Not Exactly 100%

I awoke this morning after a night of deep and mainly uninterrupted sleep. I had vivid dreams that I don't remember and needed a sheet before morning. I got up with the alarm and generally felt very good. I brushed my teeth, got my coffee, did my morning reading and was ready to get to work. The morning went well and I got a good deal done in a short amount of time.

While I was working Rachel took some pictures of “Chicken Farmer Isaac”.


Then I took a couple of her making bakes and a few of the rain that was once again pouring down. I also snapped a couple of the kids enjoying their morning.


By 9AM or so the rain had stopped and, as my leg felt better, I decided to go for a little walk. Rachel's still sick and didn't feel like going with me and as I started walking down the road I realized I wasn't up to par either. I'm not sure what it is. I don't think I'm getting sick, thank the Lord, I'm just felling a little tired. I think it's because I've had so much to be working on and think about that I'm worn down. Day after day seems to vanish and, although I grab an hour or two here or there to relax, I don't really have time to just sit and rest. I am really going to have to try to take the weekend as off as possible.

Either way, while I was out I took a very few pictures.


When I reached a bit of a climb in the road my knee told me that I shouldn't walk up it today. I took it's advice and walked home before it was a matter of limping home in stead.

I jumped back on my work and got a great deal done. The D20 system is moving right along and I expect to have it making attacks and handing out damage by the end of this week or the beginning of next week. After a few hours of that work I jumped over to my maze generator and made a little progress there as well.

At the end of the work day I decided to try my hand at something else. This was the result:


It's an easy to make bread that's inexpensive and tasty. We'll probably be having a fair amount of it from now on :)

I really wasn't feeling 100% today. I didn't even feel like taking Caleb to the sea. When he asked me about it I just gave him my computer for an hour, lol. Of course, we're not the only ones not up to par. Church ended up canceled tonight. We weren't going to make it anyway... Lord willing, we'll all be feeling better tomorrow. To wrap up the day I took a few more pics of the kids hanging around the house.


Well, that's what our day was like. In the spirit of being tired I'm going to call it here. So, as always, good night from Dominica!
